Aesthetic device manufacturer 3D-lipo has announced it has chosen US celebrity Jonathan Cheban to be the face of the 3D-skinmed.
According to 3D-lipo, Cheban will make a good ambassador to promote the new treatment, who recently said the device is, “the ultimate answer to Botox without the needle.”
The 3D-skinmed is a non-surgical skin-tightening device for the face, and aims to provide a natural, non-surgical facelift without any downtime through lifting, tightening and hydrating the skin.
“We’re thrilled to be welcoming Jonathan over to the UK,” said managing director of 3D-lipo Ltd, Roy Cowley. “As one of the stars on the most watched television programmes in the world, Jonathan has a huge mainstream following who look up to him and follow his every word/move. One of our motives for creating 3D-skinmed was to offer an ultra-effective, yet affordable treatment that the mainstream market could take advantage of, and we think Jonathan’s influence will help spread the word,” he said.
The device uses three stages, which are tailor-made to each patient’s needs. Stage one uses high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) to lift the face and to improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Stage two uses focus fractional radiofrequency to tighten the face and stage three delivers cosmetic ingredients to help fight the visible signs of ageing and provide skin hydration.
