On September 28, guests were invited to breakfast at The Ivy Chelsea Garden in London to celebrate the launch of Chelsea Pharmacy Medical Clinic’s new high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment.
Provided by Italian aesthetic distributor and manufacturer, The Baldan Group, the treatment uses the HIFU Lab system, which aims to address face and body shape concerns.
Brando Baldan, managing director of The Baldan Group, welcomed attendees with a presentation about the company’s latest technology, innovation and expansion in the UK market.
According to Baldan, HIFU Lab is a high-intensity, non-invasive ultrasound system that can produce a ‘face-lifting effect’ without damaging the skin surface. The company claims that the wave of the ultrasound targets specific location of the dermis which results in collagen synthesis and tighter, youthful looking skin.
Attendees also heard from Nazim Ali, managing partner of Chelsea Pharmacy Medical Clinic. He said about the partnership, “We are delighted to enter the non-invasive aesthetic market with The Baldan Group. Not only does it complement our existing aesthetic services, it enhances our skincare offering to the people of Chelsea. Our practitioners, which include a consultant dermatologist, GP, functional skin practitioner and cosmetologist, are all very excited by what HIFU can offer.”
