Aesthetic product supplier CACI International has released new statistics following a clinical study that took place on 25 female participants trialing the new Simultaneous Photo Electrical Delivery (S.P.E.D) technology.
The company explains that this new technology combines the power of LED light therapy at the same time as using microcurrent treatment. By which, the company confirms, combining both ‘stimulates tissue regenerations and helps in the production of collagen’.
The study required the participants (aged between 35-60) to have 10 treatments of the CACI S.P.E.D treatment and was compared to the existing standard CACI microcurrent facial toning. Results were assessed after treatment one, five and 10, as well as two weeks following the final treatment.
Results showed that on average, more than 80% of participants agreed that their skin felt smoother, firmer, looked brighter, toned and fine lines were reduced, with a visible improvement.
They also said there was around a 53% reduction in reduced red spots and a 75% reduction in wrinkle depth.
