Cosmetic News is offering you an exclusive opportunity to train with one of America’s most pioneering injectors.
This unparalleled course will run from 10am-4pm and will teach you how to provide natural, yet more dramatic results not achievable using conventional filler techniques. Unlike conventional volume replacement techniques, the ArqueDerma™ technique utilises dermal fillers as strategic relocation vectors to redistribute, direct and stabilise tissue toward the facial hollows that have formed over time. This technique uses 40% less filler to achieve unprecedented, longer lasting results (up to six months longer than conventional methods of filling).
The advanced, comprehensive course will focus on using AQD for the nasolabial folds, oral commissures, cheeks, brows, jowls, and incorporating aspects of the technique for the challenging lip area. The class will contain a short didactic portion and the remainder of the time will be spent in hands-on training/coaching by Leslie. This aspect will provide an opportunity to practice some of the treatment techniques with her guidance in order to solidify your confidence in this innovative technique
Those delegates who complete the full day of training will become Licensed ArqueDerma™ Practitioners and will be certified to perform and promote this trademarked technique. Licensed ArqueDerma™ Practitioners are listed on the company website and benefit from the company’s aggressive marketing, public relations and social media efforts. All delegates will also receive a training and reference manual.
The delegate is responsible for providing their model and filler product. The cost for the class is ?750 per person for those not registered for the Cosmetic News Expo or ?700 per person for those who are registered as a delegate for the conference. The course fee is payable PayPal or prearranged wire transfer. To register email info@ArqueDerma.com. There are only limited places available.
Leslie will also be speaking as part of the main Cosmetic News Conference programme on Sunday April 29. This is her first ever UK speaking engagement and is an opportunity not to be missed. Leslie will be giving a 20-minute presentation on ‘Using Architectural Design Principles for the Administration of Dermal Fillers’ at 4pm as part of the Injection Techniques session. Conference tickets for the Cosmetic News Expo cost £45 per day or £80 for both days, in advance, or £75 per day or £150 for both days if you pay on the day. A complimentary lunch will be incorporated into the delegate package, with refreshments provided throughout the conference breaks.

About Leslie Fletcher RN, MEP-C
Leslie Fletcher, RN, MEP-C is a highly respected aesthetic nurse injector who has worked with world-renowned, celebrity dermatologists and plastic surgeons who utilise the dermal fillers Juvederm®, Restylane®, and Perlane® in their practices. She recognised that these dermal fillers revolutionised how the signs of ageing were addressed, but she also believed that a modern, powerful methodology would maximise their potential.
Although well trained in medical science, including the bone, muscle, fat, and collagen structure that compose the facial armature, Leslie looked into employing the principals of architectural engineering for the rational to back her inspiration and theories.
Her long awaited epiphany came while she was driving along the infamous Highway 405 in Los Angeles. She suddenly realised that the strategically placed struts that supported a retaining wall along the interstate were the missing piece of the puzzle she was intent on solving. Thus began the pioneering of the ArqueDermaTM Artistic Restoration LiftTM technique.
Today, her innovative, patent-pending methodology is practiced by over 200 Licensed ArqueDermaTM Practitioners who change the lives of thousands of patients in North America and worldwide each year.
Leslie is passionate about instructing her trainers and licensees in her medical and artistic skills in the ArqueDermaTM trainings, held through her aesthetic training company, Injectability Institute, www.injectibilityinstitute.com. She also imparts her concepts and knowledge with her work as a faculty injection trainer for several companies, including IntraMed®, Allergan®, Medicis®, and Scientiae®, (www.paletteworkshops.com). These venues offer her a unique window to the latest and most ground-breaking techniques in the world of injectables. This platform not only benefits her trainers and licensees, but affords their patients the most up-to-date technology and techniques available.
She is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN), the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS), and American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals (AAMEP) as well as Association of Medical Esthetic Nurses (AMEN). In 2008, she became one of only 100 practitioners in the US to obtain certification in the medical aesthetic field as a Medical Esthetic Professional-Certified (MEP-C).
These experiences combined with her astute artistic skills and ability to cultivate and energise her trainees makes Leslie a valuable industry resource for aesthetic medical practitioners worldwide.
ArqueDermaTM is a patent-pending procedure, methodology and technique owned and trademarked by Leslie Fletcher, RN, MEP-C. Clinicians who have completed the extensive ArqueDermaTM technique training are Licensed ArqueDermaTM Practitioners. Only these Licensed Practitioners are allowed to administer the ArqueDermaTM technique and utilise the methodology.
