On November 3, Skin Tech Pharma Group collaborated with educational group, the International Plastic Aesthetic Residence (IPAR), to organise a scientific programme aimed at enhancing the clinical practice of its delegates.
Attendees gathered at Port Aventura Convention Centre in Barcelona to share their clinical experiences, scientific developments and to further extend their knowledge and devolve new skills in skin peelings and rejuvenation.
The sessions, covered over the day, included the latest clinical studies and trends in injectables, mesotherapy, biorevitalisation, and combined injections using fillers and Skin Tech’s RRS. There was also a session on treating dark skin types, the possibilities of chemical peelings and injections as well as live demonstrations.
There were 17 speakers at the event, including Dr Philippe Deprez, Dr Jane Ranneva, Penny Jenkinson and Dr Lali Hanani.
There were also new product launches at the event, including the Easy Phen Very Light and the HAPPY intim, which will both be available in the UK in early 2018.
The day ended with a Halloween themed Gala dinner and attendees also got to experience a Halloween parade in Port Aventura Park.
“Skin Tech Pharma Group’s joint venture with educational group IPAR went from strength to strength at the recent 4th Annual IPAR Conference in Barcelona,” said Lorna Bowes, the director of UK distributor of Skin Tech, AestheticSource.
She added, “The event was centered around combined protocols with a series of lectures and demonstrations using the RRS portfolio of products to address a range of aesthetic patient concerns. The demonstrations included various approaches to the eye area, management of deeper hyperpigmentation with injectable actives, and the impressive results from ‘Slim Face’ – a combined protocol to lift and slim facial contours. It was a fascinating conference with exciting launches in the UK for Spring 2018.”
