Medical device company Lumenis held its Advance Aesthetic Workshop at the Royal Society of Medicine in London on September 13.
The company welcomed practitioners to its evening event which featured talks on patient treatments, including the Lumenis M22 multi-platform system, a machine which incorporates IPL, ResurFX Non-Ablative skin resurfacing, Nd:YAG laser and a Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser. The new Lumenis SlimMe device, which aims to provide fat reduction and body contouring with ultrasound, radiofrequency, contact cooling and vacuum, was also discussed.
Ambassador for Lumenis and laser specialist, Kevin Williams and regional sales manager for Lumenis, Eddie Campbell-Adams discussed the innovations and USPs behind the M22 and SlimMe machines.
Marketing manager for Lumenis, Doug Neuhofer, said, "We hope people had an exciting and educational evening. The event highlighted how to expand a practice while learning how to deliver the best results for key patient treatment needs. Topics covered included photorejuvenation for skin treatments and skin resurfacing, leg veins and vascular lesions, skin toning and treatment of pigmented lesions, dark tattoo removals and high speed hair removal."
