The Private Independent Aesthetics Practices Association held the Nottingham Aesthetics Seminar on November 21.
The first presentation was on plasma technology by independent trainer, Gemma Laurence, who discussed how plasma technology treatments work, areas that can be treated and how much it costs.
Following this were talks and demonstrations on the science of nanotechnology and microneedling, platelet rich plasma, as well as steps to follow for a smooth and easy revalidation.
Gary Wilson, commercial manager of the event’s sponsor, MedivaPharma, said following the day, “The event was an excellent educational opportunity for medical professionals to discuss, learn and engage in rewarding educational demonstrations, discussion, and presentations. It also provided the chance to learn more about innovative products, aesthetic procedures and clinic support opportunities available. It was a positive turnout of medical professionals, and was one of the many educational seminars sponsored by the pharmacy and available to MedivaPharma customers as part of the pharmacy’s support services.”
