On September 29 guests were welcomed to Bristol Plastic Surgery for the S-Thetics medical aesthetic clinic launch.

The event began with an introduction to the S-Thetics approach to skin health and its concept, as well as its new portfolio of treatments that are now available to patients in Bristol. The treatments include skin imaging, medical-grade facial treatments, skin tightening and resurfacing, and skincare.

Guests were then presented with live demonstrations of some of the treatments, including the skin analysis system VISIA and the EndyMed 3DEEP radiofrequency device for skin tightening, plus an overview of iS Clinical skincare treatments.

At the celebration was medical director of S-Thetics, Miss Sherina Balaratnam as well as, plastic surgeon and president of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, Mr Nigel Mercer and plastic surgeon and founding member of the European Rhinoplasty Society, Mr Antonio Orlando.

“We have been delighted at the response to our new treatment portfolio, many of which are available exclusively to patients in Bristol and the South West for the first time,” Miss Balaratnam said. “My career in Bristol started more than 10 years ago during my NHS training in plastic surgery at Frenchay hospital. I’m proud to work alongside two of the region’s leading plastic surgeons to provide a comprehensive range of treatments for the face and body,” she added.
