Dalvi Humzah Aesthetic Training launched its first training course for aesthetic trainers at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC on October 17 and 18.
The Training Aesthetic Trainers course aimed to further the learning of aesthetic trainers to enable them to increase their presentation skills. Delegates had the opportunity to learn from established trainers and presenters including Mr Dalvi Humzah, Ms Lisa Hadfield-Law, Ms Hayley Allan, Elizabeth Raymond Brown and Anna Baker.
The two-day training focused on developing, preparing and structuring a successful presentation, identifying learning outcomes, effective and engaging communication methods, how to establish rapport quickly and effectively, visual aids, and how to deal with questions and interaction.
Dr Aisling Hanly-Fitzgerald, who attended the course, said, “I came away after an extremely intense two days totally motivated, my comfort zone stretched and mentally exhausted but at the same time exhilarated. Ms Hadfield-Law is honestly one of the most inspirational people I have come across. So very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does.”
Mr Humzah said of the day, “Our first The Training Aesthetic Trainers course went extremely well. We were delighted to welcome the new members of the faculty, Ms Lisa Hadfield-Law, Ms Hayley Allan and Dr Elizabeth Raymond Brown. They have national and international experience in medical education and specialist knowledge and experience in facilitating trainers in achieving the very best in presenting and teaching others. We have already started to plan the next course and are looking forward to welcoming the next group of aspiring trainers!”
