A one-day in-clinic training course by The Aesthetics Consultant has become CPD-accredited.
The course ‘Soft-Selling the Consultative Way’ created by business consultant Vanessa Bird is designed to help clinics who want to invest in their staff training and increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
The course aims to teach delegates ethical but effective selling techniques and has been tailored to suit non-surgical and surgical aesthetic clinics. Clinics receive one-day training plus a home study support guide with the course being worth nine CPD points, explains Bird.
