Manufacturer of non-invasive aesthetic devices Venus Concept has introduced its practice enhancement programme to its customers in the UK and Ireland.
According to the company, the programme works like a partnership where the team of practice enhancement managers (PEM) works alongside customers on all aspects of their business to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to grow and succeed.
The role of a PEM is to provide ongoing support to their customers, at no extra cost, and aid with areas such as marketing support, social media training, help with planning open house events, short and long-term business planning, facilitating clinical training, device testing and troubleshooting.
Caroline Gemmell, PEM at Venus Concept said, “As PEMs we do more than just help with the devices customers have purchased. We quickly establish through talking to customers and their team exactly what aspects of their business they need support with and supply them with the tools and resources they need to take their business to the next level.”
