The BACN, along with Healthxchange Pharmacy, Allergan Business, Hamilton Fraser Cosmetic Insurance, and DSL Consulting are launching the BACN/Healthxchange Business Support Programme targeted at new entrants to aesthetics and to existing practitioners wishing to expand and grow their businesses.
This is the first time that the BACN have worked with industry leaders to provide a service for those who are requiring support in launching/growing their aesthetic business. The programme will identify key things to consider, the basic building blocks and where to go to get help. The programme is an introduction to the many complex processes involved in operating an aesthetics business and will be supplemented by online links to key information sources, online links to webinars and will offer individual coaching and advice.
Gareth Lewis, BACN Membership and Marketing Manager said, “This service is something that has come about as a result of an influx of nurses joining the BACN who are fairly new to aesthetics, along with many nurses who have yet to undertake aesthetic training, but are wanting specific advice tailored to their needs when considering entering, what can be, a lucrative and fulfilling market. It’s an exciting step for the BACN, as we look to offer more than ever for nurses who work/enter aesthetics.”
The Business Support Programme will be launched at the Healthxchange Academy in Manchester in May with later sessions provided in June and July.
