CynoSure Provides Programme of Customer Support for COVID-19

CynoSure UK, the leading laser manufacturer, have provided an update of their corporate efforts to support the industry and their customers during the COVID-19 crisis. CynoSure remain committed to ensuring that they maintain as much continuity as possible during a rapidly evolving global landscape, whilst keeping the health and safety of employees, customers and patients as a primary focus. Cynosure has implemented remote working and increased safety protocols to support employees. A COVID-19 Task Force and work daily to ensure our employees have what they need to be safe and productive.

Cynosure’s Service and Clinical teams will continue to provide the best possible remote support during these challenging circumstances, including the delivery of basic maintenance guidance on how to do simple things to help keep devices “healthy” during this period of downtime.

CynoSure’s world class Customer Support Lines remain open to support practitioners virtually. In addition, a dedicated global COVID-19 (coronavirus) call line has been set up at +1 978-513-4600 for clinic questions around these concerns and how they relate to Cynosure. Monday through Friday during 8:30am-5:30pm EST, the line will be monitored by live Cynosure Personnel. After hours, a voice message can be left at this number for escalation and will be responded to appropriately.

Although educational events have been postponed, CynoSure will continue to provide customer education via CPD accredited webinars.
