In these unprecedented times, Sinclair Pharma has developed a means of continuing to support its customers via its Sinclair College educational portal.
The company is encouraging people to use any down-time they may have productively to continue their learning and development. Practitioners who have signed up to the Sinclair College will be encouraged to focus on one specific topic per week, during which they will have a chance to ask its panel of KOLs questions relating to each topic - which will be answered the following week. At the end of the week, they can participate in an interactive quiz on Instagram to test their knowledge, gain badges and certificates.
The first modules about anatomy have been written by academic luminaries Ali Mojallal, Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Dr Pierre Nicolau, Plastic Surgeon, and the e-learning platform also offers other modules and advice from forty highly qualified doctors, biologists, scientists, social media and digital marketing experts.
The Sinclair offices in Chester and London are now closed, but employees are working from home, and Aesthetic Account Managers are still available to offer support over phone and email.
The London office is the hub for the Sinclair Marketing team and where clinic materials are distributed from, however clinics can access the Sinclair Portal and download all the electronic materials via this platform, including patient leaflets and information, videos and before and after images for use on clinic websites.
The company is hoping by providing these additional services it can help to support clinicians and their businesses during this period of uncertainty.
Sinclair’s CEO Chris Spooner commented ‘In these unprecedented times I want to reassure you that Sinclair will continue to support our customers. Our Sinclair College portal is a substantial resource which is designed to teach and inform, and I believe will be especially useful at the moment. There are over 100 courses on the portal and these are accessible 24/7.’
‘We hope that things will return to normal by the summer but in the meantime we have plans in place to keep the business moving, and we will do what we can to help our customers and their businesses’.
