River Aesthetics Academy - the training arm of River Aesthetics - is staging a series of Silhouette Soft and Ellanse courses in partnership with Sinclair Pharma, at its new flagship aesthetic practice and teaching facility in Bournemouth.
As early adopters of the thread revolution co-course directors Drs Victoria Manning and Charlotte Woodward have already trained hundreds of medical professionals for Sinclair Pharma. Building on such a wealth of experience, they have become two of the most sought- after trainers and expert clinicians - lecturing not only in the UK, but internationally, so the next logical step was to set up their own River Aesthetics Academy to perpetuate the gold standard of training they advocate.
The River Aesthetics Academy offers the highest standards of clinical, theoretical and practical training as well as on-going support for its delegates – not only throughout their advanced training, but with post-course mentorship.
According to course director Victoria Manning “We really tailor each training course to the needs and desires of the delegates - concentrating on their objectives and learning needs. We also provide one-to-one focused guidance to help each person become confident to treat by the end of the session.”
Following the success of River’s first brow lifting masterclass and an over-subscribed Silhouette Soft training day at its newly opened facility Bournemouth - to which delegates travelled from all over the UK - two further Silhouette Soft training dates have been added for 2020 on 16th November and 7th December.
During these Drs Manning and Woodward will lead delegates through the general concepts of the treatment modality, and this is followed by a session on the management of complications. They will then perform a live demonstration of the Silhouette Soft procedure. The second part of the full-day training course is designed to enable each delegate to carry out the procedure themselves using a model they have already identified as suitable, and invited for treatment.
The River Aesthetics Academy’s courses are designed for those who already have a minimum of two years’ facial aesthetics experience and are looking to expand their portfolio of treatments beyond toxins and dermal fillers. The Academy only trains doctors, dentists, and occasionally selected nurses if they are very experienced, to treat with Silhouette Soft and Ellanse.
A masterclass with the co-course directors at the helm can also be arranged for a clinic team to help them address a specific modality, or to learn how to work collectively.
The new interior-designed premises at River Aesthetics lend themselves beautifully to Covid19 social distancing regulations as the purpose built and well equipped training room is large and airy.
Each training course costs from £1,000 per delegate and includes a full day of presentations, demonstrations, hands-on session, course literature, lunch and refreshments.
Places on the courses are limited to ensure one to one tuition and hands-on experience, so early registration is recommended. For more information about the courses on 16th November and 6th December.
