Sinclair Pharma has launched a patient-orientated campaign as part of their ongoing support for practitioners during this uncertain time. #YourClinicCares will provide new touchpoints for patients to connect with their clinicians in a meaningful and useful way, building new and existing relationships alike.
Sinclair Pharma has identified that patients already have the confidence in seeking and receiving aesthetic treatments. However, due to homestay, they don’t currently have the means to seek personalised advice and maintenance tips.
The #YourClinicCares campaign will provide these essential touchpoints, while creating a new way for clinicians to provide remote consultations, preparing their patients for the reopening of clinics.
Campaign activations include educational videos that physicians can share on their Instagram profiles, as well as content that encourages patients to book virtual pre-consultations before going to the clinic for treatment.

The social media support also includes templates for feed and story Instagram posts, as well as tips for managing an engaged social media community.
