Lower face treatment approaches and neurotoxin myths explored at free Galderma Masterclasses

28 Feb 2019

Global pharmaceutical company Galderma will host two Masterclasses at ACE 2019.

The first will take place on March 1 at 2pm and will be hosted by Dr Priyanka Chadha and Dr Lara Watson, who will focus on dermal filler treatments for the lower face.

The duo will showcase how the Restylane range from Galderma can be tailored to augment and enhance the chin, jawline and perioral region to contribute to individualised non-surgical facial treatments.

Delegates are expected to learn about the process of ageing in the lower facial third, important anatomical and physiological principles, successful facial assessment and vital safety considerations.

The second Masterclass will be presented by Professor Syed Haq on March 2 at 12pm, who will outline key facts behind the use of neurotoxins in aesthetics.

According to Galderma, he will seek to expel the myths and misconceptions through the provision of evidence-based clinical data.

Upon attending this session, delegates should learn how to interpret efficacy data, dosing equivalence, onset of action, the incidence of neutralising antibodies, product longevity and problems with repeated use, complications that can arise, as well as spread, diffusion, safety and the field of effect of neurotoxins.

Please note that these Masterclasses are for doctors, dentists or nurses only and you must have a valid GMC, GDC or NMC number, as well as proof of identity (e.g. driver's licence) in order to attend. You will be asked to provide these upon entry to the Masterclasses, so we advise arriving early. Alternatively, you can visit the Registration Desk to have your identity checked in advance.
