UK skincare manufacturer Medik8 has announced that every professional Medik8 product produced in a plastic bottle will be both recyclable and made from 100% post-consumer recycled material.
As well as this, every product manufactured will now be vegan-friendly, have no palm oil content, have no more plastic inserts in packing and will instead be made from 100% recycled paper.
The company explains that its long-term commitment will be made to move all of its professional products to ocean plastic derived materials; plastic waste sourced from our oceans, rivers and seas.
Medik8 has also announced that they will be expanding their distribution, shipping their full range internationally through its online platform.
