The ACE Women in Business panel explores imposter syndrome, leading with authenticity and finding balance in leadership

At ACE 2025, the spotlight was on trailblazing women in the aesthetics field. They gathered for the Women in Business panel at this year’s In Practice Theatre. The event was presented by Crown Aesthetics. Hosted by Francesca Ogiermann-White, founder of The Beauty Triangle and Health and Beauty Editor at Large at Tatler, the panel brought together some of the field’s leading experts and esteemed Finalists at The Aesthetics Awards 2025.
Ogiermann-White was first joined by Reena Sandhu, Crown Aesthetics head of marketing and operations UK & Ireland, and international digital lead. Other panellists included Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme, aesthetic practitioner and clinic owner of Adonia Medical Clinic; Lisa Waring, independent nurse prescriber and trainer; and Dr Bethany Rossington, aesthetic practitioner and rising star in the specialty.
Their powerful conversation highlighted the personal and professional journeys of these women, showcasing the impact of mentorship, community and resilience in shaping their careers.
