New book on mental wellbeing released

Aesthetic practitioner Dr Souphiyeh Samizadeh has released a new book on mental health and wellbeing.

The book named The New Me: Healthy and Successful details the science of meditation, mind training, and mental rehearsal for success and wellbeing. Inside, the book is separated into four parts covering topics on stress, the science of relaxation, the lost science of better living and meditation.

Dr Samizadeh commented, “I am very excited to have my book published! The pressures and our changed lives led me to put together a book and I wanted to showcase how stress is making us all unwell physically and emotionally and how we can take back control. The techniques mentioned in the book are truly lifechanging.”
