On June 17, more than 250 medical professionals tuned in to the second webinar hosted by Aesthetics and supported by Galderma UK.
More than 87% rated the webinar as good to excellent with one practitioner describing it as, “An excellent platform for all practitioners”, whilst another said that the webinar was “Very informative and clear.”
The hour-long educational session, titled Azzalure (abobotulinum toxin type A) in Action: Key Principles and Treatment for Glabellar Lines, saw Professor Syed Haq discuss the science behind toxins, outline different toxins on the market, their field of effect, safety and efficacy, as well the key questions that aesthetic practitioners should be asking when purchasing a toxin.
Aesthetic nurse prescriber Lou Sommereux then discussed the treatment of the glabellar lines, supported with several live treatment demonstrations on an older female, younger female and a male patient.
The next webinar supported by Galderma will be hosted on October 14 and will focus on the marketing guidance for the toxin as well as detailing treatment for lateral canthal lines. For those who have registered for any of the previous webinars, you will not be required to do this again. You will just need to confirm your attendance.
