ACE 2020 WILL OPEN AS PLANNED. DOORS OPEN 9AM FRIDAY 13 MARCH

Written by...

As the final preparations are made ahead of ACE 2020, making sure that all our delegates and exhibitors are safe is our primary concern.

Following the UK Government COBRA meeting on March 9, and the advice to continue with business as normal, we will monitor the situation involving the coronavirus and continue to liaise with, and follow advice from the Business Design Centre, London.

This guidance is based on the latest information from the Government, Department of Health and Social Care, and Public Health England, which you can view here.

At Easyfairs, we understand the importance of face-to-face exhibitions as community gatherings, and that they represent significant time and spend on the part of exhibitors and visitors. We will therefore  do everything within our control to ensure we continue to deliver value events to our customers. We also have a duty to do everything possible to maintain health and safety.

The Business Design Centre is increasing all hygiene procedures and processes around the venue to support their events. To view a statement from the Business Design Centre in London click here.

We would also like to thank one of our partners, AestheticSource, who are kindly positioning a Clinisept+ stand in our registration area, to enable delegates to hand sanitise  both on arrival and departure!

We are confident that this year’s event will be the best yet and we are looking forward to welcoming our exhibitors and delegates next week.
