Aesthetic device company Alma has announced the launch of ultrasound and radiofrequency (RF) platform Alma PrimeX.
Aiming to support body contouring and skin-tightening treatments, Alma shares that the device combines ultrasound and RF technologies.
The ultrasound component is intended to target adipose tissue with directed waves to reduce fat volume and circumference across larger areas. The RF delivers uniform thermal energy to stimulate collagen remodelling, tighten lax skin and enhance elasticity, according to the company.
