Nurse prescriber Julie Scott has launched a new mentorship programme to help grow the careers of aesthetic practitioners.
The Facial Aesthetics Mentorship (FAM) programme aims to help practitioners improve their clinical practice, business growth and patient care. With 12 mentorship places available each year, the programme will include a mix of one-to-one mentoring directly with Scott and her team, in-clinic shadowing and a e-learning library.
Scott commented, “After spending the best part of 2022 working behind the scenes on how to best share the benefit of my 25+ years in this industry with practitioners who are equally as passionate about their patients, safety, and the success of their businesses, I’ve devised my bespoke mentoring programme. I want practitioners to feel empowered and give them a sharper tool set to use within their own practice to bring them to a new level of aesthetics.”
The programme will take on two cohorts a year,
one in February and one in August. Applications are currently open for the
February cohort with the closing date on January 15.
