Pharmaceutical company Bioderma has launched Photoderm Spot Age SPF50+, a new high protection suncare.
Formulated with vitamin C and ascorbyl glucoside, Bioderma explains that the product is designed to limit the production and oxidation of melanin, reducing the risk of immediate pigmentation and sunspots.
The SPF also contains vitamin E and centella asiatica.
Alexia Medlock, brand manager for Bioderma, said, “Bringing this new suncare solution to the UK market is exciting as Photoderm Spot Age SPF50+ acts both to prevent the appearance of sunspots and wrinkles caused by sun exposure and to correct established signs of ageing. Its gel-cream texture provides a pleasant feeling and is also water-resistant, an excellent makeup base, non-comedogenic, with a very good skin and eye tolerance.”
