Croma-Pharma supports reception staff

Aesthetic manufacturer Croma-Pharma will be sponsoring the Aesthetics Award for Reception Team of the Year.

The Winner will be decided by our judging panel, who will look for evidence of ongoing, outstanding customer service, a continuous training programme, strong practitioner support and effective teamwork for the benefit of the clinic and patients.

Country manager of Croma-Pharma, Rodrigo Santos, said, “Croma-Pharma are delighted to sponsor the Aesthetics Award for Reception Team of the Year in 2022. The reception team are often the very first touchpoint for patients in their treatment journey and integral for upholding the vision, standards and ongoing communication on behalf of the practitioners and clinic.”
