UK-based aesthetic products distributor Fox Group Global Ltd has been acquired by dental equipment and supplies company DD Group.
Subject to customary regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to complete in the second quarter of 2026.
DD Group distributes dental and medical products across the UK and Europe and, through its MedFx division, supplies the aesthetics sector.
Following completion, Fox Group Globalwill continue to operate under its existing management team, ensuring continuity and stability for our customers, suppliers and employees throughout the transition.
