Aesthetic device company Hydrafacial invited practitioners to its London flagship for its two-day HFX Immersive Training Programme.
Led by Grace Henson, UK & EMEA senior training and education manager, Hydrafacial shares that the programme brought together more than 30 UK and Ireland practitioners and combined hands-on learning, interactive sessions and peer networking.
The company explains that day one focused on optimising the patient journey, covering the science, technology and techniques behind treatments, while day two explored business growth strategies, including marketing, patient acquisition and planning in-clinic events. The sessions aimed to equip practitioners with practical skills and insights to enhance patient experiences and support sustainable business development.
Henson commented, “Our mission is to empower our customers with world-class education that drives growth, mastery and business success. We provide specialty-leading training that develops top-tier Hydrafacialists and thriving clinics. Through hands-on learning and ongoing support, we help professionals advance from foundational skills to expert-level results, elevating both their confidence and their clinic outcomes.”
