Medical skincare clinic group sk:n has appointed Gavin Hawthorne as its new chief marketing officer.
Prior to this position, Hawthorne was group director of relationship marketing at Pets at Home and also has experience in development and implementation of CRM and loyalty strategies at Whitbread hotels.
In his new role, Hawthorne will focus on business growth via customer retention and acquisition and will develop the clinic group’s leadership positioning in a period of expansion and growth, the company explains.
Hawthorne commented, “sk:n is already well-known for high customer loyalty and satisfaction, based on their responsible and personalised approach to patient care. I’m excited to develop this further through initiatives that will take our customer experience to the next level, both in and outside of the treatment room.”
