Aesthetic manufacturer Crown Aesthetics will offer UK and Ireland SkinPen Precision customers continuing professional development (CPD) accreditation.
Upon completing a Crown Educational Learning programme, all SkinPen customers in the company’s UK and Ireland direct markets will receive CPD points that will go towards self-development learning, explains Crown Aesthetics.
The educational programme includes three hours of online pre-learning modules and a six-hour academy, virtual, live seminar or in-clinic masterclass. The masterclass is interactive and aims to educate on the versatility and effectiveness of microneedling using SkinPen Precision following FDA and CE guidelines, explains the company.
The programme’s content includes skin anatomy, diagnosis and wound healing responses, mechanism of action, clinical studies, approved FDA and CE protocols, contraindications and precautions, adds Crown Aesthetics.
