Virtual Clinic Manager (VCM) has launched in the UK, providing fast, automatic responses to clinic enquiries via email, calls and social media.
According to Rebecca Hopkinson, aesthetic nurse prescriber, clinic owner and founder of VCM, the system has increased revenue by 50% in the first year of implementation in her own clinic and has helped clinic staff maintain a healthy work-life balance.
