The Aesthetics Journal attended the W-Wellness event at Claridge’s where 2025 wellness trends were shared during an expert panel.
The evening began with a champagne reception, bringing together delegates and press for networking before Francesca Ogiermann-White, founder of The Beauty Triangle, introduced the panel. The panel discussion featured Yasmin Shirazi, Dr Elena Antonovia, Liberty Mills and Dr Nichola Conlon, who delved into the evolving concept of wellness and its intersection with longevity, gut health, fertility and aesthetics.
Dr Conlon emphasised the importance of education in wellness, stating, “Longevity is not just a buzzword; it’s the future. Understanding ageing as the biggest risk factor for disease is crucial. Medical practitioners must guide patients through this shift, providing education to help them on their journey.”
