Westfield London introduces wellness experience

Wellness experience Feel the Frequency invited Aesthetics to mark its launch at Westfield London’s The Village.

The event introduced a temporary wellness experience designed to help reset the nervous system and boost mood, focus and energy. The initiative aimed to highlight the growing integration of health, wellness and medical operators within luxury retail, aligning with a broader focus on longevity and preventative wellbeing. The pop-up featured a series of immersive rooms dedicated to different aspects of health and wellness, with brands including holistic experience company SANCTUM, medical technology company Samphire Neuroscience and female-focused energy drink brand G Spot, in attendance.

The launch evening included a panel discussion between actress and G Spot co-founder Gillian Anderson and broadcaster and author Fearne Cotton, who explored the evolving definition of wellness. Anderson emphasised that wellness is highly individual and encouraged people to make lifestyle choices based on what feels appropriate for them at any given time.

Neuroscientist and Samphire Neuroscience co-founder Dr Emilė Radytė also delivered talks on endometriosis, menstrual cycles and premenstrual syndrome (PMS), with attendees receiving Cycle-Brain Guides summarising the latest research on hormone–brain connections in an accessible format.
