GetHarley hosts its first getaway in Windsor

The getaway started with a branded coffee cart and refreshments before a warm welcome by founder and CEO Charmaine Chow, and an insightful film showcasing GetHarley’s milestones to date and mission for the future.

This was followed by a fireside chat all about building a thriving business, featuring speakers Andrew Robb, previous chief operations officer for FarFetch, Anastasya Molodykh-McFarlane, senior principal at Cinven and Georgia Stevenson, partner at Index Ventures.

The following session featured a panel discussion about entrepreneurial journeys with Chow and female founders Michelle Kennedy from Peanut – an app for women to connect with women throughout every stage of their lives from pregnancy to menopause – and Witney Hawkings, founder of FLOWERBX.

After a seasonal lunch which allowed guests to connect with peers, chat with brand sponsors and reflect on the talks, team members from GetHarley discussed the service via an informative presentation. This featured aesthetic practitioners Dr Sophie Shotter, Dr Amiee Vyas and Dr Nestor Demosthenous who gave the audience details of their own journeys with GetHarley.

The late afternoon was packed with tennis, swimming and cycling before the glamorous black tie dinner taking place at the Alex Eagle Club.

The next day began with a buffet breakfast and pilates with Bryony Deery, and finished with a lunch.

Chow commented, “We
wanted to create a weekend that would bring our community together in a fun and
useful way. We know our clinicians are time-poor, we know that family time is
precious, so scheduling talks to inspire and educate, whilst providing much-needed
R&R, was our gift to them.”
