Pharmaceutical company IBSA Derma has published its fifth sustainability report looking at 2022.
Inspired by the global objectives set by the United Nations 2030 Agenda, the report emphasises IBSA’s dedication to environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles and outlines its long-term vision for sustainable development, explains the company.
In 2022, IBSA introduced a comprehensive ESG strategy named ESG@IBSA, symbolised by a compass. This approach encompasses environment, society, value chain and patients. Recognising the significance of involving all collaborators and departments, IBSA says that it aims for more responsible leadership through training and awareness programmes.
The report relies on systematically collected data from almost all IBSA offices, providing a foundation for identifying areas for sustainable development. This approach serves as a starting point for implementing strategic actions towards achieving IBSA’s sustainability goals, notes the company.
