Aesthetic clinic chains The Harley Medical Group (THMG) and sk:n Clinic Group have reopened after collapsing in July this year.
Lorena Cosmetics Holdings SPV has announced its acquisition and relaunch of the sk:n and THMG clinic chains. The company shares that it is re-employing around 150 former sk:n and THMG employees for more than 30 clinic locations across the UK, including flagship sites on London’s Harley Street and Glasgow’s St. Vincent Street.
The healthcare service shares plans to expand sk:n and THMG services to more UK locations in 2025, while introducing new treatments and technologies, including polynucleotides, dermatology services and advanced skincare.
This acquisition is part of a wider strategic consolidation, which also brings The Skin Experts and ABC Medical into the Lorena Investments group portfolio, alongside ophthalmology provider Optical Express.
David Moulsdale, chairman and CEO of Lorena Cosmetics Holdings SPV, commented, “The acquisition and integration of sk:n and THMG into the Lorena portfolio reinforces our commitment to delivering world-class patient care, regulatory excellence and innovative treatment solutions. We aim to elevate the sk:n and THMG brands, ensuring every patient receives exceptional facilities.”
