On April 24, aesthetic device supplier 3D Aesthetics hosted an exclusive conference and clinical results launch at the Academy of Medical Sciences in London.
Comprised of press and clinic owners, 120 delegates attended to witness the official release of the 3D EMlift clinical trial results. Designed to deliver facial rejuvenation and anti-ageing results, this device utilises high intensity focused electromagnetic energy and radiofrequency (RF) to remodel and restore skin.
In the clinical trial of 30 participants, results showcased significant improvements, including 100% firmer skin, 94% visible lift, 94% fewer wrinkles and an 82% increase in muscle tone. Aesthetic practitioners Dr Jonquille Chantrey and Dr Abs Settipalli conducted a series of presentations about the results, and guests were then given the opportunity to experience 3D treatment first-hand.
Dr Abs Settipalli, who was behind the trial, commented, “We found that the treatment makes the skin firmer very quickly, which is the opposite of what we see with toxin. The point of this study was to show that that you shouldn’t jump to injectables every time – combination therapy is key, especially using technology like the 3D EMlift.”
