Aesthetic distributor DermaFocus invited journalists to an educational lunch discussing amino acid injectable Celora Vita with aesthetic practitioner Dr Marwa Ali.

Hosted at Amazónico in Mayfair on May 21, the event brought together Dr Ali and the DermaFocus team to introduce the company’s vision for advancing regenerative medicine and showcase its latest product launch, Celora Vita.

Karen Houlihan, clinic success partner at DermaFocus, opened the proceedings with an overview of the company’s position within the UK aesthetics market and its growing regenerative medicine portfolio, which includes Plinest and Purasomes. Reflecting on DermaFocus’ success at The Aesthetics Awards 2025, where Plinest was named Injectable Product of the Year, Houlihan expressed enthusiasm for the next stage of the company’s journey with the launch of Celora Vita.

Drawing on her clinical experience at The Wellness Clinic in Harrods, Dr Ali shared her early experiences using Celora Vita, describing cases that demonstrated improvements in skin quality and collagen stimulation. She explained that the product is intended to support skin biorestoration, aiming to improve skin quality by replenishing the biological building blocks required for collagen, elastin and extracellular matrix (ECM) renewal. According to DermaFocus, this regenerative approach is designed to address the underlying mechanisms of skin ageing rather than simply treating its visible signs.

Dr Ali commented, “The event was a wonderful opportunity to introduce Celora Vita and highlight the science behind our approach. It was incredibly rewarding to see such enthusiasm for a solution designed to support both practitioner confidence and patient wellbeing.”

Houlihan added, “Bringing together DermaFocus and Celora Vita in front of such an engaged group of journalists was a fantastic experience. We were proud to share how our commitment to innovation, education and patient-centred care continues to shape everything we do.”
