Pharmaceutical company Evolus hosted an event at the Everyman Cinema for the launch of injectable hyaluronic acid Estyme on July 6.

Opening the event, Dallas Waltham, marketing manager at Evolus UK&I, introduced the Evolus brand and outlined the evening’s programme before welcoming the specialist faculty to the stage. Maxillofacial and facial plastic surgeon Ms Natasha Berridge explored the role of Nucevia, a botulinum toxin type A, in clinical practice, focusing on the significance of neurotoxin-associated proteins and their contribution to clinical performance.

Nurse prescriber Amy Bird followed with an introduction on the new hyaluronic acid (HA) injectable portfolio, Estyme, highlighting the versatility of the portfolio and outlining its four injectable HA products; Form, Smooth, Sculpt and Lips. Aesthetic practitioner Dr Jennifer Owens followed with clinical case studies demonstrating her experience using the Estyme portfolio across a range of treatment indications.

The event concluded with a panel discussion, during which the faculty explored key anatomical considerations, including deep facial fat compartments and vascular anatomy.

Waltham commented, “It was wonderful to have so many existing and new partners, alongside friends and colleagues from across the field, all under one roof to celebrate the launch of Estyme. The energy in the room, the conversations and the opportunity to learn together made it a really special evening.”
