Aesthetic practitioner Dr Tatiana Lapa is collaborating with London Facial Aesthetic Cosmetic Training (London FACT) to launch a series of non-surgical cosmetic training courses at her clinic on Harley Street in September.
Led by consultant reconstructive and aesthetic facial plastic surgeon Mr Alwyn D’Souza and Dr Lapa, the courses provide practitioners with the opportunity to gain knowledge and hands-on training on live models in a range of non-surgical cosmetic procedures with close guidance.
According to FACT, the courses are the only UK aesthetic training certified by the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS), Facial Plastic Surgery UK (FPS UK) and Ear Nose and Throat UK (ENT UK).
The courses include the Foundation Botulinum toxin and Dermal Fillers for Face course, which will take place on September 28, and the Advanced Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers for Face will be on September 29.
“I am really excited to collaborate with London FACT on a series of non-surgical cosmetic training courses at the Dr Tatiana Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic. Practical hands-on training with a good understanding of treatment options is crucial, and I, like many others, struggled to find an accredited course that I was confident in when I first started in the industry,” said Dr Lapa. She added, “I’m really passionate about promoting safety and quality in aesthetics and launching this course is such a great opportunity for me to contribute to the field.”
