Skincare company MDH Skin has launched MediChlor S – a hypochlorous solution-based disinfectant.
MediChlor S includes antimicrobial properties, says the company, aiming to get rid of bacteria, viruses and fungi. Its active ingredient is hypochlorous acid – a compound produced by the human’s body’s immune system.
Mr Dalvi Humzah, plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon, and founder of MDH Skin, commented, “MediChlor S is a pure hypochlorous solution with antimicrobial properties that is ideal for pre- and post-treatment skin cleaning. It has an added benefit of a long 18-month shelf life.”
