New aesthetics HR service launches

The Aesthetics Accountant has launched a new HR service for aesthetic practitioners and businesses.

The service, Aesthetics HR, is an outsourced model which offers several HR services and support tools, including HR administration, document creation, digital HR software solutions and grievance process advice. Alongside this, it will also offer a personally hosted support line, available at any time all year round, explains the company.

Founder of Aesthetics HR, Samantha Senior, said, “Our team at the Aesthetics Accountant is constantly asked about elements of HR, especially concerning pay terms, holidays and absence. I realised no other bespoke aesthetic HR businesses are offering this service, so I wanted to help! Together, we have created Aesthetics HR and we are excited about this new chapter – and to bring this into an industry that I know well and believe will add immense value.”

Aesthetics HR is available now and an introductory offer for new sign-ups will be available until November 1.
