Pharmaceutical company Sinclair Pharma has announced the acquisition of the group of companies forming the Cocoon Medical business.
Based in Barcelona, Spain, Cocoon has a portfolio of non-invasive lasers and cryolipolysis devices, with direct commercial operations in Europe, Latin America, Hong Kong and the US, and manages a network of more than 60 distributors. Cocoon’s leading cryolipolysis brands include Cooltech and Cooltech Define, and as well as the laser hair removal device Primelase.
