Skincare company SkinCeuticals invited practitioners and press to its conference at the Fairmont Windsor Park on September 14-15.

The event explored how clinicians can provide more personalised, long-term patient care by combining in-clinic treatments with tailored skincare and effective homecare recommendations. Key speakers included aesthetic practitioners Dr Ben Taylor-Davies and Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme, nurse practitioner Eleanor Hartley and business consultant Vanessa Bird, who contributed their expertise across clinical, patient and practice-focused sessions.

Sessions explored integrating homecare into consultations, the science and importance of antioxidants, patient archetypes and the economics of long-term patient loyalty. The afternoon focused on clinical and emerging specialty topics, including rosacea management, the needs of glucagon-like peptide-1 patients and the responsible integration of AI.

The day concluded with a panel discussion on building a lasting professional legacy, featuring general practitioner Dr Raj Arora, nurse prescriber Nina Prisk and Sanjay Arora, chief executive officer of Arora Hotel Group.

Day two consisted of specialty-led sessions addressing the clinical and operational challenges. This format encouraged peer-to-peer learning, practical problem-solving and the exchange of experience among delegates.

Oliver Pearce, medical events and communications manager at SkinCeuticals, commented, “Master Physician 2026 was about giving our clinical partners more than just scientific education, it was about equipping them with the confidence and tools to build long term, trusted relationships with their patients. Seeing the room engage so openly with the challenges we know clinics are facing, and leave with real, practical next steps, is exactly the outcome we hoped for.”
