Aesthetician and nutritionist Alison Bladh has launched a new wellbeing treatment to help support women through perimenopause and menopause.
According to Bladh, the Meno Massage Method is built on three key pillars. It provides a mind and body reset through specialised massage treatments targeting the back, neck, shoulders, abdomen and face/décolletage.
The method also incorporates nutritional support, offering expert guidance on menopause-specific nutrition and lifestyle strategies designed to relieve symptoms and promote overall wellbeing.
Bladh commented, “After spending more than thirty years working with women over the age of 40, I kept seeing the same story unfold. So many were struggling with fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, stubborn weight gain and changes in their skin. They needed more than a traditional spa treatment – they needed something that recognised what was actually happening inside their bodies during perimenopause and menopause. This is why I created the Meno Massage Method.”
