Icelandic skincare company ChitoCare Beauty hosted a celebratory launch event to mark its welcome into the UK at The Marylebone Hotel, London.
In addition to being available via skincare distributor The ASKA Group, the brand revealed new distribution partnerships with aesthetic distributors Wigmore Medical and GetHarley, aiming to further expand its reach. Guests enjoyed a three-course dinner while gaining insights from aesthetic practitioner and Aesthetics Clinical Advisory Board member Dr Sophie Shotter, and nurse prescriber Karolina Ahmed.
Dr Shotter and Ahmed explored the company’s key ingredient, chitosan, highlighting its role in scar healing and skin regeneration. They also showcased several key products in the range, including the Anti-Aging Repair Serum, Anti-Aging Night Cream, Scar Healing Gel and Liposan Fibers supplement.
Aldis Firman, chief operating officer and co-founder of The ASKA Group, commented, “ChitoCare Beauty has officially launched in the UK, bringing the brand directly into the hands of leading practitioners across the UK. As a pioneer in chitosan-based biotechnology, ChitoCare introduces advanced solutions for skin healing and rejuvenation, addressing conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, scarring and advanced wound care.”
