Aesthetic support Allergan Spark will host a Spark Talks event on July 22, during which aesthetic practitioners will give 15-minute talks from a virtual TV studio.
Speakers include independent nurse prescribers Linda Mather and Nina Prisk, and aesthetic practitioners Dr Ahmed El Houssieny, Dr Emma Sloan, Dr James Olding, Dr Manav Bawa, Dr Abdul Nassimizadeh and Dr Mo Nassimizadeh.
The speakers were chosen after entering a competition, in which they had to share a 30-second pitch about a business-related idea or clinical insight that they wanted to share with the wider profession.
Allergan Spark explains that the talks will share personal insights from each speaker, including why patient retention is the key to a successful business, the importance of clinical photography to improve visibility, how to maximise initial consultations for optimum patient satisfaction, managing potential risks and emotions to prevent complications and identifying patients it may not be possible to treat.
