Dr Patrick Treacy launches new complications book

Aesthetic practitioner Dr Patrick Treacy has released a new book on complications.

Prevention and Management of Aesthetic Complications discusses choice of product, improper injection technique resulting in nodule formation, surface irregularities, overcorrection and asymmetry.

Each chapter focuses on a different treatment complication such as those caused by botulinum toxin, ablative lasers, perioral, nasal, periorbital, temporal, peels and radiofrequency microneedling as well as topics on thread lifting, hyaluronidase and hyperpigmentation, ultrasound imaging and case reports.
