Aesthetic practitioner Dr Patrick Treacy was honoured with the World Regenerative Medicine Innovation Award at the World Scientific Conference hosted at Kings College.

The award celebrated Dr Treacy’s contributions, particularly his development of non-surgical hair growth techniques using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cells.

This approach reportedly offered an alternative to traditional hair transplant methods, building on Dr Treacy’s earlier development of the SMART Hair Transplant technique.

Dr Treacy also delivered a presentation during the conference titled “Secretomes: The New Kid on the Block! How Are They Different to Exosomes?”, highlighting the emerging potential of secretomes as a transformative therapeutic frontier.

A conference spokesperson said, “We are thrilled to honour Dr Treacy for his pioneering work. His contributions are reshaping how we approach hair restoration and beyond, offering hope through cutting-edge, non-invasive solutions.”
