Aesthetic distributor Harpar Grace International has introduced several appointments, including Erica Casey as chief executive officer.
According to the company, the move for Casey marks a new phase in the company’s growth as it seeks to strengthen its strategic position within the aesthetics sector. The company explains that Casey brings more than 20 years’ experience across private equity, healthcare and retail, and will oversee the organisation’s strategic, operational and commercial direction.
Founder Alana Chalmers will assume the newly created role of executive chair, innovation and impact, focusing on brand development, specialty initiatives and the company’s wider purpose-led strategy, shares Harpar Grace International.
The company also confirmed the promotion of Michal Bartunek to chief operating officer and the appointment of Tanith Facey as head of sales operations, as part of efforts to strengthen senior leadership and support continued growth.
